2. Account Registration
To use certain Salonies features, you may be required to create an account.

Not share your account with unauthorized persons
Notify Salonies of unauthorized account access

3. Business Data and Customer Data

The business using Salonies is responsible for:

Obtaining appropriate customer permissions or notices where required

Sending lawful marketing or communication messages

Salonies provides the technology platform but does not control how a business chooses to use its customer information.
4. WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram Integrations
Salonies may provide integrations with Meta services, including WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook, and Instagram.
Businesses using these integrations are responsible for:
Connecting accounts that they own or are authorized to manage
Maintaining required Meta permissions
Following Meta's applicable policies
Using approved message templates where required
Obtaining appropriate customer consent where required
Sending lawful and appropriate communications
Maintaining accurate business information
Salonies does not guarantee that Meta will approve, maintain, or continue any particular API access, account, template, phone number, or integration.
Changes made by Meta or other third-party platforms may affect Salonies functionality.
5. Messaging and Communication
Salonies may provide tools for sending:
Booking confirmations
Appointment reminders
Follow-up messages
Business notifications
Customer service messages
Marketing messages where legally permitted
Other business communications
You are responsible for ensuring that messages sent through Salonies comply with applicable laws, regulations, consent requirements, platform policies, and anti-spam requirements.
Salonies may restrict or suspend messaging functionality if it reasonably believes the service is being abused, used for spam, or operated in violation of applicable platform policies.
6. Subscription and Fees
Certain Salonies features may require a paid subscription.
Pricing, billing periods, setup fees, discounts, promotions, and other charges will be communicated through Salonies or an authorized representative.

9. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of business and customer information that you lawfully enter into Salonies.
Salonies does not claim ownership of your business records merely because they are stored on our platform.
You grant Salonies a limited right to process and store such information only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the services and to comply with applicable law.
10. Confidentiality
Salonies will take reasonable measures to protect confidential business information submitted through the platform.
Users are also responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their own login credentials and access permissions.
11. Third-Party Services
Salonies may depend on third-party services, including:

WhatsApp
Facebook
Instagram
Cloud infrastructure providers
Payment providers
Communication providers
Analytics and technical service providers
Salonies is not responsible for outages, restrictions, policy changes, account suspensions, or other issues caused by third-party services.
12. Software Availability
We aim to keep Salonies available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

Server problems
Internet failures
Security incidents
Third-party outages
Platform/API changes

13. Backups
Salonies may maintain backups of data for security, recovery, and business continuity.
Backups are not a substitute for maintaining your own appropriate business records.
14. Intellectual Property
The Salonies name, branding, software, interface, design, source code, documentation, logos, and related intellectual property belong to Salonies, NetDivs Solutions, or their respective licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Salonies without written authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
15. User Content
You remain responsible for content and information that you upload, enter, transmit, or store through Salonies.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use such content.
You must not upload content that violates applicable law or the rights of another person or business.
16. Suspension or Termination
Salonies may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary, including if:
These Terms are violated
The account is used for unlawful activities
The service is abused
Fraud is suspected
Security is threatened
Payment obligations are not met
Third-party platform policies are seriously violated
Where appropriate, Salonies may provide notice before suspension or termination.
17. Account Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your Salonies account.
Upon cancellation, access to the account and associated data may be restricted or removed according to our Privacy Policy, applicable retention requirements, and the terms of your subscription.
18. Disclaimer
Salonies is provided as a business software service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Salonies does not guarantee that the software will:
Always be available
Always operate without errors
Meet every specific business requirement
Prevent every possible data loss or security incident
Guarantee results, sales, bookings, revenue, or business growth
Users should independently verify important financial, payroll, accounting, legal, and business information before relying on it for critical decisions.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Salonies and NetDivs Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
20. Indemnification
You agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to defend and hold harmless Salonies and NetDivs Solutions from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your misuse of Salonies
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable law
Your unauthorized use of customer information
Your violation of third-party platform policies
Content or information submitted through your account
21. Changes to the Service
Salonies may add, modify, improve, or discontinue features from time to time.
We may also update these Terms when necessary.
The updated Terms will be published with a new "Last Updated" date.
22. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that may apply to users under applicable law.
